Cancellation Policy
1. All reservations are confirmed only after full payment. 2. Please complete your booking at least 7 days before the tour date. 3. A minimum of 2 participants is required to operate the tour. Payment Partial payment may be allowed depending on the program. Cancellation & Refund 7 days: Full refund 3–6 days: 50% refund 2 days or no-show: No refund) Full refund or rescheduling will be offered if the tour is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances One-time free date change is available up to 3 days before the tour. Insurance & Waiver All participants are required to have travel or sports accident insurance. Notes Basic MTB skills are required. Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times.
