Cancellation Policy
1. All reservations are confirmed only after full payment. 2. Please complete your booking at least 7 days before the tour date. 3. A minimum of 2 participants is required to operate the tour. Payment Partial payment may be allowed depending on the program. Cancellation & Refund 7 days: Full refund 3–6 days: 50% refund 2 days or no-show: No refund) Full refund or rescheduling will be offered if the tour is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances One-time free date change is available up to 3 days before the tour. Insurance & Waiver All participants are required to have travel or sports accident insurance. Notes Basic MTB skills are required. Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times. Itinerary is subject to change based on weather and trail conditions. We are not legally responsible for personal accidents during the ride.
